SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING IN GREECE

We offer  shipping on all orders within Greece. Most orders ship out within 5-7 business days of ordering pending availability and credit verification. The courier company we are working with is Elta Courier Services and ACS Courier. Once your order has shipped, we estimate delivery within 1-5 business days of its ship date, depending on your exact location.If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us to ensure a faster delivery method. In this case, you will be burdened with the extra cost of expedited delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or national holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping options.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer a flat rate shipping for 10 Euros, worldwide.

Unfortunately, for orders outside the EU, your order total does not reflect the duties and taxes that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.
